The first
true reply.
Two actual doors. One personal fellowship application. One local question that a food shelf may say no to.
We're not calling a demo a partnership. This desk prepares source-linked drafts for a human to review and submit through the receiving institution's own channels. No submissions, emails, memberships, food deliveries or external relationships are created by opening this page.
STATUS: NOT SUBMITTED · NOT SENT · NO FIELD PARTICIPATION CLAIMED
Voqal Partners Fellowship, 2027
The fellowship supports an individual changemaker's six-month project with a $30,000 award. Applicants must personally confirm eligibility, availability and true first-person statements. Three in-person convenings are required in 2027. This is a verified opportunity, not an award or an existing fellowship relationship.
Use the official APPLY TODAY portal for submission. This desk has no grant-portal integration or applicant account. Keep personal fields and submission receipt in private custody.
One project, not twenty-three unrelated applications.
Proposed title: Between Rooms — Community-Owned Infrastructure for Cooperation.
A six-month inquiry: find one actual owner-defined coordination gap, co-design a reversible test if invited, measure the refusal and failure paths, and hand back open tools and an independently reviewed method. Start with southern Minnesota food access. A real steward has not opted in.
Working budget
Proposed, not committed. Voqal says budgets do not determine evaluation.
Applicant's remaining real decisions
No application details in this page prove eligibility or availability. The personal narrative belongs to the applicant, not a public GitHub source file.
Ask whether there is a problem worth solving.
WANSC reports pressure in sourcing food and already operates a choice food shelf. The Waseca co-op and university researchers have their own existing food-supply work. A reported food need does not prove a technology gap, supplier offer, available inventory or authorization to run a pilot.

First question: Is there one recurring, receiver-defined sourcing, suitable-donation, or volunteer-pickup step you actually want help with—or is the existing approach better?
A no is a real and useful answer. No food, passenger, personal or beneficiary information enters the prototype.

No consent, no pilot. No real receipt, no claim.
Only an individual can submit their fellowship application. Only WANSC's actual staff can decide whether to review a proposed coordination test. Only actual independent participants can substantiate what happened. That boundary is what makes this bridge worth building.
